Miss Quick! is a program designed to help girls aged 6-16 years improve their confidence and sense of self, develop physical abilities and overall fitness. Focusing on physical literacy, speed, agility, and strength and conditioning at an age-appropriate level can be very beneficial for young athletes.
Singleton Striders is dedicated to promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles in the community. We strive to create a welcoming environment that fosters personal growth, teamwork, and social connexions. Through our programmes and facilities, we aim to empower individuals to reach their full potential.
Our Miss Quick! squad was created to increase female participation, improve wellbeing and provide a safe and inclusive environment for girls aged 6-16 in the Hunter Valley.
Term 4 training will be on Thursday's time 4.30PM
